Who We Are
We’re the Elsing family - farmers, cattle raisers, custom operators and storytellers. Our family has been farming this land since the 1850s, and today we’re proud to carry that legacy forward while embracing the tools and technology of modern agriculture.
We grow crops, raise Wagyu × Holstein cattle and support local farms across south‑central Wisconsin through custom farming services. Every field pass matters, and we take pride in doing the job right.
